Kambuzi Mine, Munyati — 50 t/day CIP plant
A 50-ton-per-day carbon-in-pulp plant — tanks, mill, and containment fabricated, installed, and commissioned on the ground.
The works
Elandridge delivered a 50 t/day CIP plant at Kambuzi Mine in the Munyati area. The sequence is the same as any plant we build: fabricate the tanks and mill, set them on the pad, pipe the circuit, and line the ponds that close the process.
01
Fabrication
Tanks are rolled, welded, and checked on the floor before they go up. Conical bottoms, support legs, and the mill sit in the yard as steelwork — this is the plant before it is a circuit.

Installation
Steel leaves the floor and goes onto the pad. Power follows the plant: a transformer onto the site so the mill and agitators have something to run on.

CIP circuit
Adsorption tanks, walkways, piping, and pumps as a working 50 t/day carbon-in-pulp circuit. This is the plant in place at Kambuzi — not a drawing of one.

Containment
Geomembrane on the process ponds so solution stays in the circuit. The liner is the last civil work that makes the plant a closed system.
